With HMAS Stirling’s close proximity to Rockingham, our community has a high former and active serving defence personnel population.

Local RSLs are the heart of veteran communities, and the Rockingham RSL is the beating heart of ours.

Which is why I’m proud to announce that under a re-elected Cook Labor Government, I will deliver $24,000 to the Rockingham RSL to make necessary upgrades to their kitchen and refurbishment to their dance floor.

This investment will ensure better facilities for veterans, their families, and the wider community to gather, share a meal, and enjoy great company.
